Traditional Kerala cookware, the humble dosa kallu (iron griddle) and the chatti (clay pot) are creating a sensation on social media and landing in kitchens far and wide, thanks to an enterprise, The Village Fair Natural, begun by Radhika M. Menon and Priya Deepak. The two with years of corporate experience working with blue chip MNCs as leadership coaches, friends, and now business partners have catapulted these modest vessels to high-in-demand kitchenware.
